Crescendo Journey Music Studio was founded by Minghao Liu in 2025 with a single mission: to provide a patient, resilient, and inclusive space where students of all backgrounds can explore the joy of music. From first notes to ABRSM exam preparation, every learner follows a personalized path that values steady growth over speed.

About the Founder

Minghao Liu, M.M.Ed

Minghao Liu is a Boston-based pianist and music educator whose artistry blends classical rigor, jazz creativity, and an unwavering commitment to inclusive learning. She holds a Master of Music in Music Education (Autism Concentration) from Berklee College of Music, a Master of Music in Jazz Pedagogy from West Virginia University, and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the Sichuan Conservatory of Music, graduating with highest honors.

For more than a decade, Minghao has guided learners—from beginners to advanced—toward ABRSM and Guild exam success, college auditions, and inspiring studio recitals. Her bilingual (English | Mandarin), tech-infused lessons engage neurotypical and neurodivergent students alike.

An active performer, she presents solo jazz recitals, appears with university ensembles, and curates annual student concerts. Her teaching excellence has earned MMTA Judged Festival awards and national scholarships.

At Crescendo Journey Music Studio, Minghao cultivates patience, resilience, and a “music for everyone” mindset—so each lesson becomes a confident step in every student’s musical journey.
